Indulge in the luxury of Lazy River

Lazy River, a luxury romantic getaway, is less than one hour from Perth. Nestled within 5 acres of both landscaped gardens and mature native parkland this beautiful property has direct access to the Murray River in Pinjarra, Western Australia.

This is no ordinary Bed and Breakfast as the accommodation is separate from the host’s homestead, therefore ensuring guests complete privacy.

A very spacious communal lounge and dining area offers a library of books, movies and music and board games.

An avenue of majestic spotted gums greets you on arrival and this leads down to the croquet lawn, the fruit orchard, vegetable garden and to the 100 meter wide stretch of the beautiful and tranquil Murray River. There are benches and tables by the river as well as a Jarrah jetty and small beach for launching the kayaks. This tranquil setting has now become home for an amazing variety of birds, including a flock of domestic guinea fowl.

The Accommodation

The four luxurious and beautifully appointed suites, all have lavish bathrooms with a spa bath, shower and double vanities. Each bathroom also has heater/lights and a magnifying make up mirror and hair-dryer.

Three of the suites have four-poster queen size beds and one suite has a king size bed that can be converted into a twin. This suite also has wheelchair accessibility.

Each spa suite has a large sitting room and very spacious verandah which looks out on to stunning scenery of manicured green watered lawns and beyond a paddock with friendly horses.

All suites have a thick jarrah benchtop incorporating a refrigerator and small kitchenette area. Also provided are:

Tea/coffee facilities with complimentary home-made cookies

We use luxury bathroom products from Mount Romance and the Natural Olive Oil Soap Factory in
Margaret River.

The Rates

Double A$350 per night.
Single A$300 per night.

Rates are in Australian dollars, 10% GST included.

The tariff includes breakfast,  home-made cookies, fruit bowl, fresh flowers and magazines.

Dinners are available and served in your suite. A three course dinner is $80 per person.

Gift vouchers also available.

Cancellation policy

All bookings require a 50% deposit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before arrival will be subject to a charge of 50% unless we are able to resell the room.

A no refund policy is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival and payment for the full amount of stay will be charged unless we are able to resell the room.

A no refund policy applies for public holidays and the Christmas/New Year period.

Should you terminate your stay after arrival, then payment for the full period of your stay is requested. A $25 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
